La MM WORK&INVESTMENT Sagl was born and headquartered in Ticino in 2022. The goal of its founder Mario Monteverdi (initially a craftsman and then an entrepreneur with twenty years of experience gained between Italy and Switzerland) is to create a one of a kind TEAM with expert installers and selected for the expert assembly of finished products relating to the carpentry and metalworking sector.
The aim is to satisfy the expectations of an increasingly demanding clientele in terms of Quality, Precision, Reliability and Energy Saving.
The MM WORK team is made up of expert installers capable of assembling everything relating to the metal construction and carpentry both for large and small jobs. The experiences gained in all these years of activity enhanced by the continuous training of the staff, allow us with the utmost attention, precision and competence to face and satisfy the daily requests and challenges given by the market and its evolution.
The MM WORK Team is made up of selected, trained and trusted staff who work and adapt to every situation with all seriousness and professionalism.
In addition to practical skills, we have the best equipment for installation, from machines for cutting wood and sheet metal to the lifting robot for glass of large weights and dimensions.
We mainly install glass and casement, sliding, pivoting and all kinds of frames, Sunflex or Metalglas folding verandas, Schuco curtain walls, Foster and Jansen steel cells and elements, automatic entrances and entrances, sub-constructions, architectural and load-bearing structures. Furthermore, our past experiences allow us to also be able to move into the field of fine carpentry or precision metal construction, having in our workforce staff capable of carrying out TIG welding for steel or installers of kitchens and parqué.

The STAFF of MM WORK & INVESTMENT Sagl is a MULTI-PURPOSE staff, as in addition to being specialized in the state-of-the-art installation of finished products, it makes its skills available to the Customer and the Administrations to carry out maintenance and repairs of doors, windows, shutters, fixtures, windows, entrances, mosquito nets, rolladen, balconies, railings, parapets, furnishings and much more.
The multiple knowledge of the various products and materials used in the field allows the Company’s STAFF to be able to quickly identify the causes of problems that may arise or be created over time, often due to the wear and tear of materials rather than from the lack of proper maintenance.
The ability of the STAFF to intervene in the problem solving phase and the competence in recovering the components or accessory details to be replaced that are often difficult to find, contribute to making the Company Competitive, Multipurpose and Unique in its kind.
